We use the information above to respond to access requests and quote enquiries, operate the AI assistant, process donations, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Information is shared only with the service providers we use to operate the platform — FormSubmit, Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase (database and document storage) and Resend (email) — as needed to operate the site, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Operating the CXF member portal and the CXF Registry involves processing, on the legal basis of performing our membership agreement and of our legitimate interest in market integrity: identity and company information supplied at onboarding; KYC review and sanctions-screening outcomes; monthly activity reports and their supporting evidence (weighbridge tickets, manifests, permits, production logs); listings, transfer and retirement instructions; certificate beneficiary names as directed by the retiring party; and internal audit and security logs. As described in the Registry Rules, only the non-commercial batch fields (serial, project label, contract code, vintage, quantity, status, status notes, dates, certificate serial) are public — owner identity, counterparties, prices, reports and evidence documents are not published. Members may request a generic public project label. Issuance evidence is retained for as long as the related batches or certificates remain recorded in the registry, plus any period required by law, because the permanence of the registry depends on the permanence of its evidence.
Access-request emails are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the business relationship. Registry and issuance records follow the retention described in Section 5. You may request deletion of other personal information at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing desk@carbonxfuture.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/FDBR), we will honor applicable requests.
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
