1. Who we are

CarbonXFuture Markets, Inc. ("CarbonXFuture", "we") operates carbonxfuture.com, an institutional marketplace for carbon credits and physical waste & base oil trade. Contact: desk@carbonxfuture.com.

2. Information we collect

Access-request form: name, company, business email, role and volume range you submit. This is delivered to our desk by email via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), our form-processing provider.
Agent CXF chat: messages you type in the assistant are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. Do not include sensitive personal information in the chat.
Donations: payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site traffic. No advertising cookies.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to respond to access requests and quote enquiries, operate the AI assistant, process donations, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers named above (FormSubmit, Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel) as needed to operate the site, and where required by law.

5. Retention

Access-request emails are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the business relationship. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing desk@carbonxfuture.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/FDBR), we will honor applicable requests.
