Donations are voluntary contributions to CarbonXFuture's public-good work (open methodology, education, research and project grants), processed by Stripe. They are not investments, do not confer any interest in CarbonXFuture, and are generally non-refundable; contact the desk about errors.
Access to certain market features is offered by monthly subscription ("Market Access"): the Collector plan at US$199/month and the Processor & Buyer plan at US$299/month, each with a 90-day free introductory period. A valid payment method must be provided at sign-up; billing is processed by Stripe and begins automatically when the free period ends, then renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing desk@carbonxfuture.com or through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation during the free period incurs no charge, and cancellation after billing has begun takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices exclude applicable taxes. A subscription provides market access only: it does not guarantee approval of a member application (all members undergo KYC review), the sale of any listing, or any transaction outcome. CarbonXFuture may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers will be notified by email before any change affects them.
Approved members may list physical waste-oil quantities for sale on the platform. CarbonXFuture operates as a venue and introduction desk: it reviews listings for plausibility before publication but does not verify, warrant or guarantee the quantity, quality, specification or availability of any listed material, and is not a party to, broker of record for, or guarantor of any resulting transaction. Purchases and sales are concluded bilaterally between the counterparties, who are solely responsible for their own due diligence, contracts, payment arrangements, and compliance with all applicable laws — including environmental, transport, hazardous-materials and licensing requirements. CarbonXFuture charges no commission on feedstock transactions. CarbonXFuture may decline, edit for format, or withdraw any listing at its discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarbonXFuture is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including losses arising from transactions between marketplace counterparties.
