We collect only the data required to operate the Platform: identity, company affiliation, payment details (processed by Stripe) and content you submit (listings, messages, lead requests).

1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, company, role), uploaded documents (verification PDFs, lab reports), transaction records, and basic platform telemetry.

2. How we use it

For account access, listing review, counterparty messaging, billing and platform analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Disclosure rules

Seller contact details are disclosed only to active subscribers, and in the oil market only after NDA acceptance.

4. Data retention

Account records are retained for the duration of your membership plus a minimum of 5 years for compliance.
