Terms of Service

By accessing CarbonXFuture Market ("Platform") you agree to these Terms. The Platform is provided to verified counterparties for the purpose of listing, browsing and negotiating carbon credit and physical hydrocarbon transactions.

1. Eligibility

Membership is restricted to KYC'd businesses and institutional buyers. We reserve the right to suspend any account at our discretion.

2. Listings

All listings are subject to administrator review and approval prior to publication. Sellers warrant that supplied documents are authentic and that the listed instruments are legally transferable.

3. Subscriptions & Fees

Membership fees are billed monthly via Stripe. An optional transaction fee or commission may be applied per user as set by the platform administrator.

4. No Principal Activity

CarbonXFuture is a venue. We do not take principal positions, custody assets, or guarantee performance.

5. Confidentiality & NDAs

Access to seller contact details in the oil market requires acceptance of an NDA. Misuse of disclosed information will result in immediate termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
