How it works

Apply for access on the platform — the desk reviews every application (KYC), typically within 24–48 business hours.
Once approved, subscribe — your card is saved securely with Stripe, and your 3-month free period starts immediately.
Use everything from day one. Billing starts automatically after month 3 — you'll get a reminder email from Stripe before the first charge.

Questions

Why do you need my card if the first 3 months are free?It keeps the market serious — listings from members with a card on file are commitments, not spam. You can cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.

Do you charge commissions on feedstock transactions?No. What you negotiate with your counterparty is entirely yours. The subscription is our only fee for market access. Carbon credit transactions settle through the desk under their own bilateral terms.

Can I subscribe before I'm approved?Apply first — the subscription activates after desk approval. If your application is not approved, nothing is ever charged.

How do I cancel?One email to desk@carbonxfuture.com or directly through the Stripe billing portal link in your receipt. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current period; during trial, immediately and free.

Transparency. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe on behalf of CarbonXFuture Markets, Inc. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Market access requires an approved member account (KYC); a subscription does not guarantee approval, and no charge is made unless approved.
